These four report synthesizes the key findings from the Atlantic deliberative dialogue sessions, which were held in Halifax, Moncton, Charlottetown and St. John's. These report is represent one of the inputs that the Task Force members are using to develop their thinking on approaches to address the over-arching challenge of skills needs in the context of an aging workforce.
