This report summarizes key findings on healthy workplace practices from the Canadian Labour and Business Centre’s (CLBC) Viewpoints 2002 Survey.  The 2002 Viewpoints Survey of business and labour leaders, supports the notion that psycho-social factors such as morale, trust and good working relationships play an important role in maintaining or improving workplace health, and that their absence can be costly.
