There is cause for concern about declining labour-management relations in Canada’s public sector, as illustrated by the biennial CLBC Viewpoints leadership survey. Stress levels appear as a major culprit in the decline.
This presentation highlights some of the pertinent findings from the leadership survey and discusses the lessons learned from focusing on labour-management relations in Canada’s public sector.
