This presentation outlines the efforts that have been made by the Petro-Canada Burrard Products Terminal in Port Moody, B.C in putting in place and maintaining a wellness program. Opportunities for improvement are identified, as are change initiatives. Specific national programs and healthy workplace initiatives are discussed. The organization’s ventures in this area hinge upon their belief that the health of an organization is determined by the wellness of its employees.
