The CLBC’s biennial leadership survey, Viewpoints, has tapped into attitudes on skill shortages. This presentation outlines how the issue ranks in importance among business and labour leaders, as well as potential actions to address the challenges we face from these demographic shifts, highlighting the situation with immigrants, aboriginals and others.
